Behind the scenes

Born in a small coastal town, I was first drawn to a camera as a way to document the changing tides and the faces of my community. This fascination evolved into a formal study of film theory and practice at a prestigious arts academy.

 

My work is deeply influenced by neorealism and landscape painting, striving to merge an authentic documentary approach with a composed, painterly aesthetic. The goal is always to create a quiet space for viewers to connect with the underlying emotion of a place or a person.
